Obesity chances higher in children getting little sleep

A latest research suggests that obesity chances increases in those children who do not get adequate amount of sleep. For this research, researchers recorded the sleeping time and BMI of 785 children in third grade and then again in sixth grade.They found that children in third grade used to sleep on an average 9.45 hours a night while the children in the sixth grade were found to be sleeping on
