Wing Zone @ Century Square

We hardly go to far places on Sunday but this time round we hop over to Tampines area. We went back to visit Derp's mum in the late afternoon before meeting our wedding's emcee in the evening. Yay to another thing being checked off the to-do list for wedding :) More things to go but step by step, we'll get there. We hardly dine around Tampines area because our usual hang out is only around Derp's Mum's place. There were many new eateries popping around the central area, many which we did not see before.  At first we wanted to try Chicken Up but the queue was way too long. We were quite famished by then so we did not queue for it.   From what I know, it has opened for quite sometime but the queue on a Sunday's evening is still very long. We gave it a miss and decide to have out dinner at this place call Wing Zone located at Century Square. They have lots of flavors for their chicken. The menu. 9th Year Dating Anniversary Celebration - Dinner Buffet @ Triple Three (Mandarin Orchard)

Derp and I celebrated our 9th year dating anniversary in advance since it was hard for either of us to take leave on our actual annviersary day. In fact, that whole period was hard to take leave due to work milestones but thankfully there's the long weekend for us to rest enough, do our stuffs and yet have some time for pak tor! We don't really have any plans for the anniversary celebration since we agreed on having a good meal will be suffice. In the end, we head to our actual day wedding venue to have their buffet dinner. Can't believe our customary wedding is happening in less than half year time! Time flies and to be honest, it's like 'marrying again' haha! Just minus off the exchanging of rings and saying of vows. The familiar place we once step in while we were checking out venue for our wedding banquet. They were the only one we went to actually haha. 03/05/2015 - Off to Klang to attend #jasewedsclaire Day 3 - Flying Back to Singapore, Exploring KILA 2 (Ramen Ten @ KILA 2)

The 3 days 2 nights trip pass by in a flash and the next moment I know, I'm heading back to Singapore! It has to be my most pack (in terms of schedule) getaway ever. On the last day, we got up pretty early to catch the 9;30am bus to the airport. Our flight was 12+pm and we will reach Singapore around 1+pm. Morning #selfie while on shuttle bus to the airport. #welfie before dozing of on the bus. It was yet another 45 minutes ride to the airport. Arriving at KILA 2  We had around an hour plus before boarding the plane. We managed to do some last minute shopping (didn't had the time to do so when we landed on Day 1 as we were rushing for our shuttle bus to the hotel back then) and bought some goodies home. Not many but just a few of it. There were lots of food choices but we ended up at this restaurant call Ramen Ten for our lunch. It's a halal certified ramen restaurant which you can find it in Singapore too. The menu I ordered the Spicy Chicken Karaage Ramen - RM$24.15 Derp...

Sengkang West Zone K RC 1st Anniversary cum RC Center Offical Opening

Derp and I attended our first ever neighborhood event (after moving in for nearly a year lol). For the past 1 year, the RC member have made huge efforts to hold many events so as to bond this community together. However, we did not take part in it. Either the time clashes or we find it not that interesting. Opps! This time round, the RC members went door to door to promote this event. We didn't buy the tickets on the spot but however we went back to the CC the very next day to get it. Since it falls on the long weekend, why not? :) It was an event to mark the opening of the RC centre, with a ongoing flea market and also mural painting (done by the residents) for the soon to open Sengkang General Hospital. The event started from 9.30am but we only went down around 11am. We started walking around to see what's going on. We had a chance to step into the newly opened RC centre.
